EULA - End User License Agreement

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By clicking Yes, and/or installing the program Wintree and its supporting files (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not install or use the Software.

1. The Software may be used without charge for a 30-day evaluation period only. You undertake to register the Software, and pay the requested registration fee, if you wish to continue using it after this period. Registration is via the internet. The author may be contacted by e-mail at: wintree@wintree.plus.com

Upon registration and payment you are granted by the author a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive, license to install and use the Software on a single computer, for personal use. Use of the Software for commercial purposes under this license is prohibited.

2. Title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by the author David. J. Cooke. All rights to the Software, except those expressly granted to you in this Agreement, are reserved by the author.

3. You may not decompile, dissassemble or in any way reverse engineer the Software, or modify, or create derivative works based upon, the Software.

4. You may not sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

5. You accept sole responsibility for determining the fitness for use of the Software. The author accepts no liability for any failure of the Software to perform as expected, or for any loss or damages of any kind which might result from its use.

6. This Agreement and your rights hereunder shall automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of, and uninstall, the Software.

7. The wintree zip package or self-installer package may be freely copied and distributed provided that each package is complete and unmodified, and subject to acceptance of these conditions.

8. The package may not be sold. Any charge made for distributing the package on diskette, CD-ROM or other media must be in respect of materials/handling only.

9. Use of the program for commercial purposes, or its distribution with commercial software, is prohibited.
